Policies Of Hosting
Illegal or improper use of the servers I provide, is a good way to get the plug pulled on you quick around here. Legitimate businesses (or individuals) don't have to worry about the law showing up on your door step, or the hosting provider receiving complaints about buisiness practices. So, if you have to ask what "illegal or improper use" means, you probably fit into this category. Spamming, direct-marketing or unsolicited mass emailing falls into the same category as "improper use", and again will get your account terminated. A company that wants to maintain some type of online-credibility WILL NOT resort to this type practice. This is a zero tolerance policy! Ownership rights of any material produced by me for my clients, is the property of both parties. Clients are allowed to alter, resell, or do with as they see fit, all work performed for them.
